POLYNESIAN GRILLED PINEAPPLE
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple
2-3 tsp. Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning
2-3 Tbsp. Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Instructions
Peel and core a fresh pineapple, cut into rounds. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Sprinkle both sides of pineapple with Polynesian Pineapple Rub & Seasoning and grill for two minutes per side. Brush with Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce and grill for an additional two minutes Excellent served with chicken or pork.
